A $799 phone against a $399 one, and the gap is exactly where you expect: the Pixel 10's Tensor G5 doubles the Redmi's multi-core score, its 5x telephoto exists, and seven years of updates dwarf Xiaomi's policy. What the Redmi wins is charging (120W versus 30W) and raw megapixel count. If the budget stretches, the Pixel is simply the better phone; if it does not, the Note 13 Pro+ is a legitimately good screen-and-battery package, not a consolation prize.
