Huawei's Kirin 9035 powers the Mate 90 Pro, which Huawei launched in China on 1 October 2026 from CNY 6,999. Huawei names the chip on its official pages and cites hardware ray tracing of up to 31 million rays per second, but has not published its core layout, clock speeds, GPU, NPU or manufacturing process.
Pros
- Powers Huawei's Mate 90 Pro flagship, launched in China on 2026-10-01 from CNY 6,999
- Huawei states a 20% overall performance gain for the Mate 90 Pro over the Mate 80 Pro in its own lab tests
- Hardware ray tracing rated by Huawei at up to 31 million rays per second, in supported game scenes only
- Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and Bluetooth 6.0 listed on the Mate 90 Pro's official spec page
Cons
- Huawei has not published the core configuration, clock speeds, GPU, NPU or manufacturing process
- The 20% figure compares whole phones running different HarmonyOS versions (Mate 90 Pro versus Mate 80 Pro), so it does not isolate the chip
- No independently verified benchmark results are available yet, so its performance cannot be ranked against other chips
Awaiting benchmarks
No Inno Score yet: CPU and GPU still need a published benchmark result.
