Released Apr 27, 2026Mobile Chipset

MediaTek's Dimensity 7300e is a 6nm mainstream 5G chip with four Cortex-A78 cores at up to 2.5 GHz, four Cortex-A55 cores and a Mali-G610 MC2 GPU. It is a different chip from the Dimensity 7300, and it powers the vivo Y600 Pro, vivo V80 Lite 5G, vivo S2 FE and Tecno Camon Slim 5G.

Pros

  • Four Cortex-A78 cores at up to 2.5 GHz, the same big-core design and top clock as the Dimensity 7300
  • Built on a 6nm process; MediaTek says it is up to 4% more efficient in apps and 8% more efficient in gaming than its previous-generation Dimensity chip
  • Integrated Release 16 5G modem with up to 3.3 Gbps download, carrier aggregation and dual 5G SIM support
